Cathy Tribute Mini

Cathy and James Wappel are huge advocates for the miniature painting hobby. They have been permanent fixtures with Fort Wappel at Adepticon and ReaperCon for many years now. This past July, a cancer of unknown origin was diagnosed for Cathy. Chemotherapy began in September, which has been a challenge for Cathy. There has been some success fighting the cancer thus far.

Jason Wiebe donated his time to sculpt up this wonderful miniature set of Cathy and her trusty convention sidekick you can see in the pictures down below. These are beefy one-piece castings done in lead-free pewter. Dark Sword donated the master molding, production molding and the studio model paintjob to this effort. All profits from the sale of this miniature will be donated to the Wappels. Our production facility Iron Wind Metals even gave us discounted production pricing on this miniature set to ensure that as much money can be donated to Cathy and James Wappel as possible to help them in their time of need.
