DSM6003 – Elmore Dragons Set # 3 – “Golden Dragon of Chaos” by Larry Elmore
Sculpted by Dave Summers

Susan Wachowski did another FANTASTIC job on painting up the 3rd Elmore Dragon for Dark Sword. This is by far one of the largest dragons ever produced. Dark Sword Miniatures secured the rights to this piece along with a few others from the old Ral Partha Elmore line that was created in the mid-90’s. Dave Summers sculpted this giant and we felt we could not improve upon this piece so we negotiated to get the rights for it along with a few other large pieces. There are a good deal of excellent painted examples of this miniature down below. Plus a really cool diorama set. I have received many questions on the size of our dragons so here are the dimensions: Length: 9 inches (or 227mm), Height: 5.5 inches (or 140mm), Weight: 2.2 pounds of pewter

A very cool diorama piece that I would like to get large pics of from more angles. Ralph from Miniaturenland in Germany sent these in. Such great work in this diorama. I would love to see it in person someday as well…
