I just wanted to say, I absolutely love your miniatures. I plan on trying to order exclusively from your site from now on. I received one of your miniatures in a lot that I purchased from ebay and am just amazed at the difference in detail, especially the facial features. For those of us who still want the old school more realistic fantasy figures, without the cartoonish looking features and ridiculously large hands, feet, and weapons, your site is wonderful.

Greywind – Robb Stark’s Direwolf – DSM5063
Sculpted by Tom Meier

Tom Meier has sculpted up all six Dire Wolves in one shot to ensure he keeps the family resemblance and of course calls out their personalities as best he can. We have the first four in release with the other two being fine tuned for production. Greywind is the Male Alpha Pack Leader Dire Wolf and is Robb Stark’s companion. You can scroll down to see the entire pack so far…We pulled out all the stops and had Anne Foerster from Reaper Miniatures Fame and Fortune paint up the pack as she is the wolf and canine master when it comes to miniature painting. From A Game of Thrones page 339:

"Still half grown, they were as large as any wolf he had ever seen but the differences were easy to spot if you knew what to look for. A Direwolf had a bigger head and longer legs in proportion to its body, and its snout and jaw were markedly leaner and more pronounced. There was something gaunt and terrible about them as they stood there amid the gently falling snow."
