Good dragons and females (witches and warriors both) are hard to find especially of such excellent quality.

Ser Loras – Knight of the Flowers – DSM5006

Tom really went wild on the armor for Ser Loras as he has some of the most ornate armor in the series. And no, this is not a 54mm mini, it is in the same scale as the rest of our miniature lines. The jousting scene on his breastplate is incredible. When people see this mini in real life (not blown up as large as this is), the work Tom put into this armor will really be evident. George instructed Tom and myself that Ser Loras looks like a young 1970’s teen idol – all pretty and with nice hair. His outside of cloak is made of tiny forget me not flowers sewn together. There are two versions of his armor that George instructed us on. Matt went with version 1 and Marike version 2.

Jen really nailed the "Teen Idol/Heart-Throb" Ser Loras that George describes him as. There are many young ladies who think the world of Ser Loras in the books…

Marike painted this up for George’s personal collection. There were two ways to approach the armor. Matt went with the first approach and Marike the second. You get to enjoy both here.

Tom really is working on showcasing the different sizes of each character for this line. The Hound is around 6 feet 6 inches tall and pretty imposing. Ser Loras is around 5 feet 10 inches tall. This shows the side by side difference between these two characters. And just think – The Mountain will make the Hound seem like a puppy as he is around 7 feet 7 inches tall!
